This is our first single grain Welsh whisky release since 2018. Part-aged in a Laphroaig cask, this whisky has a light peat flavour, beautifully rounded pallet and smoothness beyond its years.
From Master of Malt
Dà Mhìle Welsh whisky is made in tiny batches and doesn't come around very often. Fans had to wait four years from 2018 before there was another single grain release, but we've thankfully got some delightful examples now like this organic creation that was matured in a bourbon quarter cask. The small size of the barrel means the wood will have interacted a lot with the spirit before it was bottled at 46% ABV. There's only 400 bottles of this batch, so get it while you can.
