Raise a dram to Hogmanay 2021 with Eden Mill Cask Strength Single Malt!

Eden Mill is delighted to unveil an extremely limited batch of 200 bottles of Cask Strength Single Malt in celebration of Hogmanay 2021. This whisky is a cask strength version of our 2021 Release Single Malt, released in celebration of St. Andrews Day earlier this year. 

This small batch of Eden Mill Single Malt is crafted using a perfect marriage of first-fill bourbon casks and ex-oloroso sherry casks, incorporating spirit distilled using pale malted barley, drawn at cask strength. The result is a beautifully rich dram that carries notes of caramelised pears and fruit crumble with undertones of hazelnut praline and a long-lasting peppery finish.

We are so proud to showcase the evolution of our cask and spirit as it ages and develops throughout the years. This special release is the second cask strength whisky that Eden Mill has ever released and we are very excited to let our audience try our whisky as it tastes straight from the cask in its purest form.
