If you choose to cancel your subscription during your free trial, you will still be able to login and access all of the subscriber features of the site until the 7 day trial is over, you can check your account to see how long you have left - see the answer 'If I Subscribe how soon can I cancel without charge?' to find out how to do this.

Once the 7 day trail is over your account will be automatically switched from a subscriber to registered, you will still have an account (should you wish to re-subscribe) however you will no longer have access to any of the subscriber features.

You can request to cancel your account at anytime by going to the menu bar and clicking:

Account > GDPR Request (Members) > Information Request

The page that loads will have two options:

1. Export - Request all personal information that we store about you.
2. Remove - Delete my account.

If you select the option to REMOVE and press submit.
You will receive an email with a confirmation like and an authorisation token.
Click the link and it will take you to a confirmation page on our website, when click the confirmation link it will send a request to us asking that your account be deleted.

Please be aware than by deleting your account you will no longer be able to login to your account, any forum posts made by you or customisations you make to your profile including Avatar and banner images will also be permanently deleted. This process is irreversible.

Under GDPR regulations you can request a copy of the information we hold about you, to request this from the Account menu go to:

Account > GDPR Request (Members) > Information Request

The page that loads will have two options, you need to select the EXPORT option.
DO NOT choose remove as this request will initiate a deletion of your account.

When you select export and press submit, it will initiate an email link to be sent to you, when you receive the email, click the link which will take you to a new page on our website confirming you wish to see what information we hold about you. Once you have confirmed the link we will receive your request, it may take upto 30 days to generate the report which we will email to you in XML format.

The subscription to our site is set at a low cost of £5 per member for 365 days, we offer a free 7 day trial for you to explore what we have to offer and suggest you take full advantage of the trial period, unfortunately once you are charged there are no refund options.

We are constantly striving to add new features to add value to your subscription, these features often have a financial overhead including the cost of our hosting platform. We welcome comments and suggestions, so if you have any please do get in touch.
