Fruitier, sweeter nose Light biscuity, and floral notes on the palate
Vanilla fudge to finish The flavour profile makes sense, with ambient
factors being the inverse of the Up'ards bottling. Slightly lower tannin extraction paves way for the
sweeter, and more delicate flavours.
