The limited-edition whisky was first matured in a combination of refill casks and then finished for six months in ex-Cadillac Wine Casks, sourced from a 40-hectare estate using sustainable agriculture. Located in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers, Gironde, just south of Bordeaux, the Cadillac AOC’s terroir producessweet wines that are steeped in character and extremely aromatic, thanks to its favourable oceanic climate, lime-rich, gravelly soils and a sunny, south-facing aspect, and steep slopes.
