Angels’ Nectar - Cairngorms Edition (3rd Edition) Single Malt Whisky

Distilled in the Cairngorms National Park our Angels' Nectar Cairngorms 3rd Edition is a single cask Speyside single malt, bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust to support environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms National Park. This 12 years old release is a limited edition of 325 bottles and is from a different distillery from the previous Cairngorms Editions.

Natural colour, with sweet citrus notes on the nose, and syrup and honey on the taste, this forthright dram is delightfully warming.

Angels' Nectar 12yo #3 - Masters of Malt Listing (link)

It's the third release in the Angels’ Nectar Cairngorms Edition series, created with the Cairngorms Trust in support of the Cairngorms National Park. This single malt comes from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, and has been aged for 12 years.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt (link new window)

Nose Honeyed malt and juicy orchard fruit, whiff of cedar underneath.

Palate Crunchy pear and apple, with a thick layer of toffee.

Finish Marzipan, lemon cheesecake, and hint of crushed cinnamon.

Whisky Resource Note

We can't find any confirmation that the whisky has not been chill filtered or colour adjusted, while at 46% ABV and pale in colour we suggest it is more than likely naturally presented, no assumptions can be made without a statement, the value score reflects this.
