Aultmore of the Foggie Moss 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Distillery Product Page and tasting notes

As of the 21st April 2020 the Aultmore website was undergoing a re-vamp so there is limited official product information:

Update Jan 2023, the new website has still not been launched, still limited information.

CRISP APPLES, PEARS AND DELICATE FLORALS

Tasting notes from The Whisky Exchange

  • NOSE

Fresh and vibrant with crunchy apples and pears, floral notes and gentle creaminess.

  • PALATE

Richer than the nose suggests, with fruit, sweet pastry, custard and more floral notes.

  • FINISH

Medium length, with the fruit slowly fading to leave soft spice.

From Master of Malt:

12 year old Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky, unveiled in 2014 for the Last Great Malts by Dewar's. A refreshing dram, with plenty of vanilla, honey and citrus, alongside a touch of grassiness. It's been quite a while since a distillery bottling of Aultmorehas been released, so this is all rather exciting indeed.
