What you are looking at here is the first single malt whisky to be distilled in St Andrews for more than 150 years. Bottled back in 2018, this limited-edition Scotch was the first release from the Eden Mill distillery. There were just 300 individually numbered bottles of this when it was launched, containing Lowland single malt aged in French and American Virgin oak casks, and Pedro Ximénez casks
