A special-edition single malt from Isle of Raasay distillery, released in autumn of 2022, that was initially matured in first-fill ex-rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve, before being finished in a combination of oloroso and Pedro Ximenex sherry quarter casks. This lightly-peated whisky offers notes of almonds, hazelnuts, peppery spice, nutmeg, clove, raisins, dried figs, aromatic smoke and sea salt throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
