Laphroaig Lore Single Malt Whisky

Meet our richest and most complex expression. Laphroaig® Lore takes every inherited tradition handed down our long history to create a detailed, powerful and singular whisky.

If you bottled the story of our legendary whisky, you’d get Laphroaig® Lore. Every sip tells the tale of the distillers, blenders and master craftspeople through the centuries. This whisky is created using techniques and skills developed within the walls of our distillery, shielded from prying eyes and fiercely guarded from our competitors. It’s our richest expression that draws from an archive of the rarest whiskies found in our Atlantic storehouse. A complex blend of single malts that have aged from seven to 21 years. Infused with vibrant character from ex-Bourbon, European oak and Oloroso sherry barrels, along with quarter casks. Every sip sends you on a journey through different eras on the island of Islay, revealing potent aromas of peat smoke and sea spray, plus hints of chocolate and spice. Flavours that say this is our history, this is our lore.
