Old Ballantruan 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Matured exclusively in hand selected American oak ex-bourbon barrels,  Old Ballantruan 10 Years Old is a rich, sweet, creamy  and distinctively smoky single malt.

Bottled at 50% abv and without any chill-filtering, Old Ballantruan 10 Years Old is a perfectly well balanced smoky Speyside Single Malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Gently spicy with smoky “peat-reek” deliciously balanced by a sweeter creamy core.

Palate

Some gentle peaty smokiness balanced with a sweet, creamy, malty backbone.

Finish

Climbing finish of sweetness gradually replaced with smoky depth.
