We love a bit of first-fill Madeira cask maturation and single cask organic single malt from Dà Mhìle in Wales, so this beauty is ticking all the boxes. There's only 246 bottles though, so not much to go around...
Nose: Membrillo, with twists of oily orange peel, toffee, and stone fruits.
Palate: Fruitcake, nutmeg, and some tropical elements underneath as well as prickles of pepper.
Finish: Sweet raisins linger.
